Buda egy sűrűn beépített nyugati lejtőjére terveztük ezt a nyújtott alaprajzú villát, melynek védett déli homlokzatához intim hatású kétszintes kert csatlakozik. Az alsó szinten a garázs, egy önálló lakrész, valamint egy tágas konditerem kapott helyet. A vezérszinten az emelt légterű, felülvilágítós nappali nagy üvegteraszával a panorámára néz, étkezőjével pedig a felső kerti teraszra nyílik, akárcsak a szülői háló. Klinkertégla és vörösfenyő falburkolatok, természetes pala és rézlemez tetőburkolat, csiszolt kő járólapok. Fokozott hőszigetelés, egyedi belsőépítészet.
